There are so many special edition versions of
the Smart Fortwo we could see in the past years. But the latest one made by
‘Brabus’ is one of the most attracting everybody’s attention for sure.
The number of exemplars was restricted by 120
only and all of them were tooled up with brakes of ‘performance’ quality and an
adjustable suspension. The interior was enriched with a sports steering wheel,
a pair of ‘Recoro’ seats and few body matching pieces of its trimming by the
German tuner.
This special edition vehicle, Brabus Ultimate
120 Smart Fortwo Cabrio, got some increase of the engine power. The figures are
120 PS (88 kW) and 160 N-m (118 lb-ft) of driving torque. So this small city
dweller can accelerate from 0 up to 60 mph in 8, 594 seconds (from 0 up to 100
km/h in 8.9 seconds) and gain the top speed of 105, 6 mph (170 km/h).
