Tesla Model S of 2013

We can say the electric Model S luxury sedan from Tesla is the very first home-grown car made by them as the Roadster Sport and Roadster modifications used the same shells as the Lotus Elise.

The Model S is a pretty stylish four-door sedan vehicle. Its roof-line is a sloping one so it gives the car a look of a four-door coupe but looking at it from the rear side reminds the Jaguar XF.

As it was designed by Franz von Holzhausen, the front side of the Model S will become the face of the electric-cars maker in the future. The Model S has got a clean and sporting look caused a short front and overhangs on the rear, they also give the maximum interior capacity. The car looks truly planted sitting on large 19 or 21-inch wheels at all four corners.

The interior is enriched by a 17-inch touch screen. This screen helps you to control the cars radio, navigation and HVAC systems and can be customized due to your likes. This Tesla vehicle has got HD satellite radio and 3G wireless internet too.

There are three basic battery kinds that the Model S can be offered for a purchase – 40-, 60- and 85-kWh. We can say that the largest battery can officially move the car for a 265-mile and 89 mpg (miles per gallon ratio), the 40- and 60-kWh versions has not been ruled by the EPA yet.
