Amphibious vehicle sailed
across the English Channel
1965. On this very day the only
mass produced vehicle “Amphicar” arrived at the Frankfurt Motor Show in Germany
having crossed the English Channel driven by four adventurous Englishmen. It took them about seven hours to do it.
